He makes up 20 things an hour five days a week... maybe one a month turns out to be true. I'll make 200 predictions, if 1 turns out to be right it will be 100% correct, and I'm a genius.

Unfortunately Rush's audience isn't sophisticated enough to figure it out, so they believe all 200.
