How does one get across to the non-technical. I agree 100% that the President NEVER said Saddam was an imminent threat.

But rational people I think understand intuitively that integration of the time domain also creates the idea of imminent threat in the frequency domain. The integration of thread using the 911 event as a filter created a real concrete threat.

That's why Cheney and Rice were talking about mushroom clouds? Because there was no imminent threat?
