I found this via Jane Galt. Thought it was cute and clever.

Someone may correct me but I don't believe Unitarians apply the label Christian to themselves.

"But I also recognize that people are different. The people attending that day seemed satisfied by it. It worked for them and they weren't hurting anyone else. I'd call that a win."

Agree completely on that point. Allow everyone to worship how, where or what they may, as long as they allow me the same privilege.

"At the risk of carrying the metaphor too far, let me add that most of the flavor in soup comes from salt."

That is not a shallow addition.

"I don't want to be semantic about this, but I don't find any way to make "dogmatic" apply to letting a thousand flowers bloom."

Just the way my mind works. To my way of thinking if you stand for any and all ideas, you actually stand for nothing and taking a stand for nothing is its own dogma: Nothing should ever be refuted. That just doesn't compute for me, but if others accept it, so be it.
