A lot of what he says is total bs but coming from a Bush crony that is no surprise. You should read the book entertaining to say the least. I bet larger inexpensive fast growing bluish metro areas in red states could do best of all. Austin and Raleigh to name a few. Yeah don't you get the feeling all those helpless folks in San Francisco or Boston are just itching to move to fast growing Waco or Macon to capitalize on the sea of Republican prosperity and the ownership society.<g>
