Continental paper, which rapidly lost its value with the onset of the chain of military disasters that nearly swamped Washing-ton’s forces later in 1776

A strong military breeds faith - a weak military does not - sort of my point eh?

And how much do you think the rouble depreciated when the Soviet Union fell apart...?

Again - this is the point I am trying to get you to explain away - when their control and power and influence and military faded - so goes everything else - cause that is what is the real fundamental of society - rule of law ENFORCED my military types - our military still goes all over and exerts influence - sometimes we use "economic hit men" to bribe and corrupt saudi princes with hookers - but usually the military is capable of that - and while it is still doing that - what does it matter if you have gold, roubles, yuan, or US dollars?

In Rome, when the citizens were taking those coins that had 1/100th of the amount of gold as earlier - the citizens knew - so why did they take them - probably because if they did not a roman soldier would come by with a sword and lop off some heads. There is a group I saw on CSPAN - they are challenging the IRS's ability to TAX them - they are not going to pay any TAX to a gubbment they do not support - what do you predict their future to be? You say the money is a fraud, the gubbment promises behind it is a fraud - tax time is coming up - are you going to SUPPORT the FRAUD or stop paying taxes? Who wants to take bets what you are going to do? hmmmm. I am not arguing it is not a fraud - i read many articles pensions and accounting rules are frauds - but the wheel keeps turning eh?

You use US currency now and banking systems and thier products because you are a part of society that functions within those norms, you depend upon it, and need it.

RE: China and OIL - president bush does ride his bicycle a lot it seems - but the USA consumes a lot of the worlds energy to have such a small part of the worlds population - its MILITARY is a main reason for this - you do understand that basic fundamental correct?

Do you support locking people up, without a fair and speedy trial, and torture? You pay taxes that have and probably will continue to support this - if you want HONEST money and a world where people with power dont do evil things - are you going to be the one to purchase a gun as your founding fathers asked you to do and start shooting some authority figures until things change? Isnt that what they did to the british - talk and debate was fine - but they had to leave some bloody battlefields several times before things really changed eh?

One of my redneck buddies compares the poor working man of today next to the multinational like a slave in an old agricultural slave plantation - that took violence and bloodshed in this country to change - some here claim it could have happened more slowly like in other countries but our nation and the world seems to be one of bloodshed and violence before the kind of change comes about that you are talking of. I am all for the peaceful way - but then I ask - if you really believe the government and the money is all lies and fraud - then sir why are you going to pay taxes by april 15 to support that - you are a hypocrite.

While I am thinking about it, I need to relate to you the times I have had a loaded weapon drawn upon my person - there was a couple of times I was robbed by a thief or crackhead - once a hunting buddy got a little hot tempered - a few times by the police when I was in the wrong place at the wrong time (those cute crackheads and their drug problems - hehe) and once by the military in mexico when they stopped the bus I was on - but the very first time I had a loaded weapon drawn on me was when I was a young teenager.

I was working at a computer store and the owner had not paid his taxes - me and the fellow employees were being paid in parts from the store - I had been paid with a nice new 14 inch monochrome monitor - man was I happy. We knew the owner was in financial distress but he was certain christmas time would bring enough sales to get the company through. Well one nice december morning a bunch of men with guns were running around and changing locks and breaking open file cabinets - they identified themselves as tax men - I thought oh OK - whew was I relieved - this is just some accounting dooflunkies - so my co worker grabbed HIS hard drive and I grabbed my monitor and started walking out - that was a mistake - we had 2 guns pointing at us cocked and ready to fire and was told to hit the ground - it was momentarily difficult for me to take an accounting geek that pushes paper all day seriously that he had a loaded weapon aimed at me and was ready to fire - but that passed momentarily. You see it was not MY property I was happily escorting out of the building, even though I had worked all week to earn it, that was the gubbments property. Before that day I didn't even know IRS men carried loaded weapons - for what? Life is a learning experience you know. What made it the gubbments property? They had the guns and I didn't - BWAHAHA!
