Funny that you use the above to counter an argument about the nature of that which is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. I see that you are way off base, though I don't doubt you that might come up with something declared unconstitutional which ought be allowed in the interest of fairness.

As I said, you were arguing against a truism. I didn't suggest an infallible principle. I suggested, in essence, that the goal of the constitution is in fact to rid the world of unfairness.

I could be wrong...perhaps we should consult with the authors of it. But you probably wouldn't buy their response, since it would be in opposition to your statement which revealed a stark lack of understanding within you, IMHO.

For what it's worth, your comments about the elections continue to reveal a pot calling a kettle black, at best.
