Yeah, actually, Dec. 11, 1941, while you Kiwis were still picking your noses.

Oh, let's not forget numerous acts by the US gov't, like escorting British freighters, the sink-on-dight order to US destroyers regarding Nazi U-boats, and the destroyers-for-bases deal before that. All acts of war, had Hitler chosen to interpret them so. He thought it better not to, until Pearl Harbor. Never has been figured out why the idjit declared on us; the Tripartitie Pact didn't require him to intervene in wars one of the other parties to it started.

Wasn't he in your backyard? Seems kind of weasely to insult the USA for helping you out back then. Not surprising based on the hatred of the USA by so many in Europe. But weasely none the less.
