Square dancing requires a ton of concentration to do what the caller is calling while keeping your timing with the beat and in sync with your partner and square. I have not done it in over twenty years, but it was fun when I did it.

Two step is just: little step, big step little step, big step, repeat. If you are trying to lien dance it is more complex. In fact that can get down right TORTuous.
