Best way to handle some people is to go ahead and agree the current President made Eve eat the forbidden fruit.

Throwing more money into a failed system is not the answer though it is the easiest for politicians to get face time nationally. And now that NewOrleans is yesterday's news, it's time for the people of the region to do something instead of waiting on someone to do it for them. If you're sitting around waiting on someone to hand you the keys to a new house you're going to be waiting a long time.

If the local electric utility isn't going to be bailed out by their regional parent company, it's time for the local governments to form a CO-OP and get service back to the people. Tax free bonds sound good...
