Thanks El Mat.The apts I was talking about are only in the 40K range in $.I am wondering if those in the know see interest rates going down faster than we expect and are taking money out of savings and putting it into realestate(its the wealthy buying one way or the other).I have some realestate there but my problem is I cant find any institution that will lend me money here to buy there.You either pay 100% cash or buy in construction over 2 years.Thus no leverage.
