Ralph, I think the evil would be in the content. Calling a footpath evil because it has evil-doer terrorists walking on it sometimes is a bit strange. Calling the air you breathe evil because you inhale molecules exhaled by terrorists is a bit odd too.

They are just phragmented photons. Non-sentient beings. [Well, so far we think they are, but I have my doubts - those spooky quantum effects are very suspicious].
