Most people who actually give a damn about New Orleans have gotten over finger pointing about the school busses and the lack of bottled water. That's all PR. Who gives a flying leap about it now I wouldn't have brought it up if Mary hadn't posted "I don't know what anyone could have done more on the local level." I was just pointing out how it wouldn't have been all that hard to do better and giving some examples. All levels of government involved in the relief and recovery effort could have done a better job and apparently the Engineers and the contractors they paid could also have done a better job. Tim
