Jed, Please take this for what it is.....If you are not eating or sleeping well, or as you are used to, due to the action of this stock, you really should lighten the load.

NO stock, IMO, is worth losing sleep over.

Now, I know you have very high hopes for this stock or you wouldn't be as heavy as you are in it...but, if you have high hopes and are pretty certain they will eventually be had...then you should not be sleeping or eating less...you should feel comfy knowing down the road, this stock is going to make you very happy...

But if there are doubts, which there must be if you are not sleeping and eating right, why not lighten the load a bit and take that stress away? Maybe the doubts are not of the company, but of your personal financial situation and of being so heavy in one stock....I do not think your doubts/stress are whether you think this company is legit....You aren't senile...you put all your eggs in this basket for a reason...your thorough dd told you it will be winner..either be happy with that, or as I said....lower the load to the point you are not stressing over it......

I assume you could lighten the load by a nice chunk and still be VERY long, so lose the stress, keep a large position in this, which you believe in, but sleep better and eat better and dont stress....if this hits as big as you think it will, you dont need a zillion shares to make big bucks...

Just an opinion from somebody who knows that stress kills, and stressing over some things we have no control over while stressing over what a stock does, we certainly have control over...

best of luck..and yes, I am long efcr and not worried at all...it goes to zero, I lost a few hands at the blackjack table...it gets the news you expect and I turn a few bucks into a new viper<g>...either way, no worries on my end, either way...other then who the hell will drive the viper as I sure as heck can't, and won't be allowed to for quite awhile and I aint letting the wife near any of my high horse power projects<lol>

So, JC, are you thinking some naked shorting is going on?

You might be right, but on the other hand, even if that's not it, what's happening to EFCR isn't really surprising to me. Is it to you? With nothing substantial happening, and nothing definite on the horizon, I think it's also possible that a lot fairly strong longs had seen enough and gave up. If people are truly afraid it could go to a penny, I guess .035 looks pretty good. There just doesn't appear to be any strong reason to think there's an end in sight.

Wish there was a sure-fire way to know how low it will go. If the majority of shares are held by insiders, and they aren't selling, then it seems like we're bound to be reaching the very bottom now. But every time I think that, we go down another half-cent or penny.....and on not all that many shares traded. This morning we were down a half-cent and not even 200,000 shares had been traded.

BTW, what do you think Gregg Fryett did (or is going to do) with his shares?

Oh well, no point in even entertaining the idea of selling now.....IMO.

BTW, I'd like to know your opinion about a couple of things from the 12-06-05 update.

What's your opinion about the Ten Mile Draw project? Is that something that could really be substantial or could really help, or are you still thinking it's just a way to make some money to finance other (bigger) projects and an attempt to limit dilution?

Also, where will the additional funds come from in relation to this statement:

"To date Firecreek has invested in excess of $650,000 (USD) toward its unit goals in Kazakhstan and expects that additional funds will be required this year toward finalizing a feasible joint venture acquisition opportunity beginning with the Kamenskoye proved undeveloped field. If successful, additional funds will be required for ongoing acquisition and development programs."

According to Bud Faulder, they will NOT be diluting the stock. So where will the money come from? And if they don't get the money......then?
