The funiest thing about what Obamma said is that they are looking for their "core" values, pronciples etc. The problem is that even if they agree with something and the Republicans do as well, then they can't accept it.

Their only core principle is to do the opposite of Republicans, no matter how stupid it might be.

My parents told me about acting out like that at a young age and I caught on....hope the Dems do, but they act like little children.

Well, the religious left, black congregationalists and catholics, are against one of the DNC's core positions, abortion. Left leaning libertarians are against the DNC's tax policy. Unions oppose NAFTA. And the peace activists oppose the party's official position on Iraq, which is to stay for years.

What a mess that Dem party is in. How will they hold it together?
