The point is that there is a lot of dishonesty that went into the propaganda that was used to manipulate the congress into giving over it's power of declaring war to the president.

I would like to see the members of congress answer the question: "if you knew then that Bush had already decided to go to war in Iraq would you still have voted in favor of turning over cogress's power to declare war to him?"
