I don't think I am going to be very interested in the 2008 presidential election. In fact, I may run away, far, far away. I'm sure not interested in it now. I scratch my head when I encounter people who are. I may get interested in it when the time comes. Or not. If either side comes up with a moderate candidate I may engage. If the candidates are polar opposites, I will probably try to tune it out. Maybe a bit of hand wringing over polarization but no real interest in the election. I have lost my amusement with and tolerance for zealots.
