Impeachment should begin tomorrow AM.

I will not hold my breathe.

The IV Amendment, US Constitution:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Getting warrants would be the right way ... and very easy. Why avoid warrants?

Maybe it is just a worthless piece of paper. But I still believe in America and the Constitution ...

How would you avoid having to do this? Could the US follow some anternate policies so someone wasn't always ploting a terrorist attack. Who's running the US anyway?
