We protect our own citizens and foreigners both...

Foreigners need to call for the protection. Besides, we are not the policeman of the world. We are just one among many nations who need to collectively work together. Leadership is not doing it alone but providing the drive for others to do it collectively.

But you imply the President had bad intentions when you do not have and will never come up with...
I have never said he has bad intentions. What I have maintained is that he is incompetent, does not have the power to think analytically, thinks in one line, one sentence. Thereby he has surrounded himself with crooks who has been giving him bad advice. Example left to himself, he nominates Harriet Meirs, when surrounded by other he nominates Alito. From one extreme to the other.

....deep in a thick and unrealistic propaganda soup.
This is not a propaganda soup. What I post is what I think after reading newspapers from across the world. Example, the Bush White is spinning the fact that the large Sunni turnout is due to their acceptance of democracy. Other world newspapers report that they came out to send reps to fight the constitution as it exists today, they came to signal the US military to get out since they have the situation under control through the ballot box etc.

And lastly you need to read up on the history of the bedouins who roams those areas. The rise of Iranian extremism in the form of its current President is the result of the threat of the American invasion next door to Iran. Despots like the current President rise to power by playing on the anti-Americanism resulting from invasions such as in Iraq. The effort to establishing democracy in Iraq militarily, gives rise to a despot in Iran.
