With todays technology all they need to do is spend a little money and you won't have smoke problems. I could take you to a bar here that spent the money and you would be amazed. You can sit in there all night with the place full of smokers and you can't even smell smoke on your clothes the next morning. It's not even that expensive it's just something they need to commit to doing.
