Love those red beans and rice. LOL. I've heard they have good cajun. If you remember my first reaction too was to abandon NO, but then I realized how important the city is for its cultural contributions to this country. Fortunately, it has enough important industry and business contributions to turn the heads of the avowed capitalists, or the city would be a real goner.
