If AMD's allegations are true, i.e. if the JFTC and court findings are fair, then ... a) their actions will have affected AMD's value as an investment since 2003 b) consumers may also feel cheated c) I'm sure Intel's shareholders would be delighted to know that their investment depends on such tactics rather than producing excellent products and innovation - as is the case with AMD ! ;-)
