Here's a post He had a point. I reacted to the leak. What the admin is doing is also of concern. When I balance using all methods to run down terrorists against civil rights, I come down on the side of "methods." Those that sneer at that position will be very quiet if we get hit with a major terrorist attack. My concern is that they are using these methods for normal criminal cases. And doing it on purpose. There doesn't seem to be much opposition to this in the Senate. In fact, they are in favor of even more use. Sad.
