Delay already admitted to Earle in an early interview that he laundered the 190 G's. His he claimed "everyone does it".

If he gets off, it will be solely on a technicality. If someone gets off on a technicality but still did the crime, it doesn't mean he's innocent, just lucky. But don't expect Delay to get off this time.

Delay's first move when he took over congress was to get rid of rules requiring declaration of gifts from lobbyists. That set the standard and example to others in his gang. Every since, congress has been Corruption Central, at least on the rightwing side of things.

Anyone who sticks up for this obviously corrupt politician is an accomplice. So don't do it. Bush shouldn't be doing it either, except we already know he's an accomplice.
