Time to end the war. And Bush knows it. This is an out for him. He can declare victory on a high note and withdraw "with honor". If he refuses to, he will once again mis-lead us. After 2.5 years our troops need a break and the Iraqis need to step up to the plate. The tax-payers also need a big break. Not a single dime of the cost of the war is paid for. All pure debt. Plus we got gas-gouged more because of it. Start withdrawing 20,000 troops every 2 months until 80% of them are home. That's what we need to do now.
