True, it's the after-the-fact will-I-get-prosecuted for torture thing. It's not a clear cut torture-is-ok but it is a loophole. Still, if the corporate media wants to treat this as a Dumbya loss, why not let them. It's pretty clear that this government tortures at will and nothing is going to stop them.

Yep. It sure as heck looks like Bush broke the law directly (i.e. without plausible deniability) time and again on the NSA spying thing.

Just how many chances does Dumbya have to stay out of really hot water?
