would rather give up certain things...not compromise any of our rights... I hope we can avoid too much of the rhetoric and stick to issues here. If you happen across something that temperately articulates just what is being given up and just what rights compromises are at issue, I'd sure like to see it. I still don't know what this is all about. I'd be happy to discuss this issue if I knew just what was at stake. But I don't. I think that you've framed the issue correctly. I just can't identify the particulars at stake. My own bias is always toward more liberty rather than less and I am more risk tolerant than most when it comes to safety, but I'd still like to know just which liberties are in question. Nothing I've heard so far amounts to much.
