Jay Rockefeller approved this from what i can see now along with other congressional leader from both parties and the Justice department. What was done was run by these folks every 45 days. And since i am a political junkie, this issue will play better for bush than for bush opponents. Julian Epstein on msnbc who is a democrat operative indirectly warned democrats today to not go crazy on this issue. Dem knee jerk response plays right into anti-MSM and pro security desires of most americans (for better or worse). If the courts get to rule on thsi and rule against bush here however, it will be a slap on the wrist and a requirement for them to go thru that special court whose initials escape me. Mike
