The website is pretty cool and makes me want to go further into the lighting ideas they have for our new home theater. I have some fancies, but not anything like this. The daily chart: stockcharts.com [m,a]daclyyay[pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!Lp14,3,3]&pref=G Looks like it wants to settle in the low 16's, if that breaks then the 50dMA should provide the needed support. The stock is coming off of a 52 week high in the 18's so some correction at this time of year is to be expected. The Weekly chart: stockcharts.com [m,a]waclyyay[pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!Lp14,3,3]&pref=G Appears to be very strong support at the horizonatal line of 15ish..the rising 50dMA on the daily could get there too (15ish) while the stock settles on what is going to happen at 16.. The company has only been around since 97' so historical data back 5 years is about all I would count on. FA wise: Only 18mm shares outstanding over 30% owned by insiders and another 30% owned by institutions. Rev. growth at about 45% year over year, net profit growth over 20% year over year also. 55 million in cash. Debt is servicable thru income and cash, no real drawdown on the balance sheet to maintain cash flow. ON the other side: On valuation basis the PE is pretty high in the 80's (most of the market is in the 20's) Price to sales and price to book is way high in the 6 and 7 times range) I'd like to see that considerably lower. Price to cash is pretty high too. Cash per share is just over 3 bucks per share with the stock price in the 16's is over 5 times cash. Mueller has been a consistant seller of stock in 5000 share increments for a while now. Some have been direct ownership and other options that he got at just over 3.00 per....http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/quotes_sec.asp?mode=&kind=&symbol=alan&symbol=CLRK&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&FormType=&mkttype=&pathname=&page=filings&selected=CLRK Back to the good side: They are getting their story out thru presentation to CIBC and some releases of who they supply..MTV etc. are all high profile. Ken Can you tell that the weather here is terrible? This is the most research I've done in some time. LOL
