We agree on Kelo. The Supreme Court (the left side of the court) was wrong. It struck me interesting that the liberal side of the court would rule in that manner since they are prone to favor the little man in their decisions. I disagree with you on the President's role. He did not violate the Constitution. In fact, what he is doing with NSA is not different than what FDR and others have done previously when we have been on a war footing. The big difference today is that the bad guys are more sophisticated because of available technology and the fact that today's politicians are far more weak-kneed. I'm not sure I understand the last sentence of your post. Are you saying that your thread has moved to the right in political views?
