TK sure does come to mind. In this scenario it won't matter how good their community relations are:

There are at least four "SA"s out their

South Africa

Saudi Arabia

South America

I had APE Apogee in Bolivia on my next to buy list, but just
took it off for political reasons of country risk.

Need to check thru my Peru holdings, have had enough trouble
with the locals there on couple in past. Coxe thinks it worsens.
