Afghanistan was a 99% bi-partisan effort. Bush actually had no choice to go in and take out the Taliban.

That war went well until Tora Bora where we let Osama go, then Bush pulled out leaving the job unfinished, focusing instead on the much bigger prize of Iraq.

Unlike Iraq though, we have and allowed real help from our allies in Afghanistan, so it's not so bad. Still, after 4+ years Osama remains at large, and we had him cornered at Tora Bora.

Why did Bush allow that cease fire to be called?
What could be more important than nailing Osama?
Maybe someday we will get the answers.

You remember Bosnia don't you? this is clintons folly where he helped muslims with American fire power.

And who helped Osama and Saddam. We all remember the photograph of Rumsfeld shaking hands with and smiling with Saddam.
