In the US we elect politicians to make difficult decisions for the overall good. Mistakes are made, no doubt, and people die. Check out the Clinton laundry list of non response to Islamo facist attacks on us. You want to volunteer to help ? My suggestion, with all due respect to your international legal education/experience, would be to contact Leno and or Letterman.
