Thanks Rruff and Mark for the insights. Much appreciated. I think I see what you're saying rruf - sell the 400 mil. and then buy them back and bingo! you've fulfilled your obligation. But if I remember the PR stated that the remaining float would then be reduced - so, the shares have to come out of the float. Yes?
Do I have that right? Did I answer my own question? We have to watch the float and see if it is reduced by 400 mil.
Or is it that "in effect" the float is reduced because the shares are retired?

Creede, I hope they decide to shoot straight. I hope they decide to do the right thing..... Do I understand you will be looking at the o/s?
