That's good news for IPMG - I have designated all my shares with Ameritrade as not available for the stock borrow program. They tell me that is the same as calling in my certificates. I don't know if that is true or not given the shenanigans. Logically, it makes sense. If the DTCC is going to evade Reg Sho, then it probably doesn't matter what you do, until we get some real enforcement or public clamor.

It may be time to create some public clamor if we can prove that companies are not diluting and if the fails are sufficient to make the Reg. Sho list. If we can get some honest and info providing CEO's behind us, this thing could be a weapon in the fight against naked shorting.
