Delay loses bid to get early trial, so no chance he'll ever return as majority leader. But DElay has even bigger problems, like how to stay out of prison and taking dozens of his congressional cronies down with him. The corruption is so widespread and so deep, he likely will. cbsnews.com No honest conservative or Republican should be defending Delay or anyone connected with him. Crooks are crooks. This country canot tolerate crooks running our congress. That's the worst kind of corruption of all.
