OK. Here was the snip, I guess it can be interpreted many ways, but a per subscriber revenue model is one of them. I would add Sonus is one of two companies traditionally considered network hardware that uses software revenue recognition policies. Per sub, per seat, per user - these are software revenue models.

I would re-iterate my original point, from the perspective of this shareholder, me, I would gladly give this stuff away for $100/sub.

Sonus J:COM Win Looks Significant. Sonus (SONS--$4.64, 1S) announced that J:Com, Japan's largest cable company by subscribers, will be using Sonus solutions to deliver VoIP residential phone service. We believe J:COM has been passing about 2 million homes per year for the last several years and is now ready to aggressively market the services to its customer base. We estimate Sonus will see about $100 in revenues per VoIP subscriber J:COM is able to win.
