When I was there for thanksgiving I took a drive through the south of southern boulevard, east of dixie neighborhoods and saw lots of for sale signs.

I think condo supply gets much worse by the end of the winter season. Lots of folks form north will be selling their overpriced long time winter places that just tripled five years and just rent for the part of the winter season they are down here. Then you got the new age flippers sitting on these brand new but still vacant units trying to exit quietly. Only hint of demand on the plus side might be those either seasonal or elderly downscaling from single family due to the hurricane issues but that probably helps the lower price 55+ communities..
