That is proof Hastert is corrupt. It is not illegal to take a gift, but to turn around and sell their vote for it, or lobby for that special interest, is another matter. Especially when it's an unethical, corrupt business like gambling which is not serving the interests of the people.

I was wondering about Hastert. I had my suspicions but this is the first time there's been a smoking gun. And where there is smoke, there is fire. Probably a lot more.
