I've always thought that the "cool factor" in drugs derives from the devilment of doing something illicit, naughty, daring, defiant.

Sitting around smoking dope will just look dopey. Sure, plenty of people will still do it. Why worry? After a while, most of them will figure out that the paranoia and mental disturbance isn't all that much fun and give it away. If they don't that's their problem.

The Coca in Coca Cola wasn't a misspelling of cocoa. I say bring back "Classic" Coca Cola.

With drugs legal, that would push customs people into looking for serious things, such as smuggled terrorist bombs.
