As I understood it from residents in the Gaza Strip, the events that have led to the War on Terror began about 58 years ago before and after the creation of Israel! Arab residents were terrorized by the Jewish Irgun and Haganah forces and their land was grabbed. Land grabbing continued in subsequent wars --= the 7 Day War, Yom Kippur War --- conquest of the Golan Heights and aggressive creation of settlements. Such land grabs have convinced the Arabs their land was being systematically grabbed by the Jews. What was galling to them was that Israel gets large infusions of funds from the US and elsewhere whereas the Arabs themselves get none. So the Arabs decided to retaliate. And so the self-righteous parties --- the Zionists and the US and their allies --- are waging a War on Terror, a war which they were responsible for to begin with! Enlighten me with regard to where they are right or wrong, OK. Please use dispassionate language and don't carried away...... You know what I mean. .
