Clinton was cleared of all charges in Whitewater after the most exhaustive investigation in US history, a witch hunt looking for anything to smear him with. They found nothing but what we already knew, that he cheated on his wife, which the prosecutor had no ethical right to investigate in the first place. Your rightwing smears and spin are null and void. Ken Starr would have indicted Clinton if he had done anything wrong. Starr was a Republican partisan prosecutor looking for anything illegal. He found nothing but Monica Lewinsky.
