If you remember, the DEMS made it a very long process FIRST getting Bush vote tallied then getting his cabinet assembled. By the time the Administration was set up it was August and the attack occurred 9/11. No, you can lay ALL the blame for the terrorist attacks on the Democrats. Thats why the electorate has voted in complete government control to the Republicans. Dems have proven themselves dangerous to our country. Next time around hopefully we will get a filabuster proof Senate and then finally we will have a smooth well running government. jdn
