Jesus will forgive him if he asks.

We need rules and laws as a Society. He was tried under these rules and laws, received a penalty within those rules and laws. It was carried out.

I don't really have an opinion on death penalty. He's a scum who tried to make good after he opened a Pandora's box for gangs and all the associated filth that goes with them. He was tried and found guilty of murder on 4 counts.

Is your solution of life without parole really a solution? There are people out there who think that is barbaric also.

I like to think that his death because of what he did may stop one of these gangbanging wannabes from killing someone else. If that happens, then Tookie really redeemed himself in his passing. MOrso than he ever could with his books and talks. There's no question he tried to make things right, but he could not. He had to pay the penalty.
