The IRX has tended to way lag after after hike.

This one has more than lagged it has gone the other way.
I tend to think the yield on it slowly rises towards Bernankes first hike.

Its too bad there is not a future on it.

If T-Bill yield is less than Fed funds rate, isn't it possible for a bank to perform a riskless arbitrage, i.e., short Till Bill and Invest at Fed Funds?
