The US Congress has mandated that 5% of gasoline be ethanol in 2006.That at least is a step in the right direction.Had we been working on that solution to free ourselves of oil from despots and dictators, and in league with others that must import to survive,(China and India come to mind) maybe,just maybe a more peaceful world with one less reason to go to war.
