The main thing for every athlete to keep in mind is to keep active during their sport’s off season. That’s probably the first main ingredient. Contrary to popular belief, windsurfing does involve plenty of cardiovascular training. So to keep your stamina performance up to par, it is recommended that you chose some kind of activity, weather it be cycling, jogging, hiking or aerobics, that will increase your heart rate significantly for a duration of at least twenty minutes and maintain your workout schedule three times a week. Anyone who already has such an exercise program will immediately reap the rewards of stamina that could last a whole day on the water....."
