"What is China's form of government?" Well, according to geode it can't be communism since communism has never existed so communism can't be blamed for the 148 million deaths at the hands of people who called themselves communist. Now seriously as to your question - China is governed by a Communist party and personally I'd be more than happy to see us embargo China. But the law allows trade with them so Walmart is doing what economics call for and pursuing low costs.
