Stra, Yes it seems to have found some support at the 1.35 level.<g>

It has no significant LTD. The estimated loss for the 4thQ is around $0.01/shr vs. $0.04/shr in 2004. For 2006 the EL is around $0.02/shr which would be about 1/4 of this year's.

ZICA reportedly has around $0.20 in csh/shr.

But the stock isn't out of its present downtrend yet.<G>

The insiders reportedly hold more than 70% of the stock.

The stock seems to have a good amount of resistance above the $6 level.
