B. The prior appraised values of US and Canadian patents were valued at $4,500,000 to
$6,000,000. However, in a recent Federal court case Plasticon International’s patents were
upheld and revalued by the court placing a current value of $16,000,000.

Ok that is getting closer but still not:

According to an independent appraiser and the federal courts, Plasticon's recycled plastic product patents are valued at $20 million.

Its funny how he used his BK court filings to uphold his value for the patents yet never mentioned what the court case was about in any of the PRS, It backfired on him because we all got tired of waiting for his numbers and we had to seek the federal public court findings for the truth!

very sneaky,
