Al, Understandable, given the indifensible nature of authorizing wiretaps in an illegal manouver, even as there exists within the confines of the law a perfectly legitimate and effective process to do the same thing. Sounds like you are once again drawing "nuances" just to attack Bush. Perhaps you'd like to explain the steps in the process that Bush neglected to take, and why they make the HUGE difference between a democratic republic and a theocratic dictatorship in your mind.
